What kind of litter works best with this box?
The CROPLAS litter box is compatible with most types of clumping and non-clumping clay litter, as well as silica gel crystals. The perforated entryway is most effective at sifting smaller-granule litters.
How often do I need to replace the activated carbon filter, and where can I buy them?
For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the filter every 4-6 weeks, depending on usage. You can purchase official CROPLAS replacement filters directly from our website to ensure a perfect fit and maximum effectiveness.
Will this litter box really prevent leaks if my cat sprays high against the sides?
Yes, this is one of its key design features. The lid's rim extends downwards inside the base pan, and the base pan's wall extends upwards behind the lid. This double-overlapping structure creates a barrier that makes it virtually impossible for urine to escape, even with the most enthusiastic high-sprayers.
Is this litter box big enough for my large cat, like a Maine Coon or Ragdoll?
Absolutely. It was designed with comfort in mind. The spacious interior (Dimensions: 53cm L x 38cm W x 35cm H) provides ample room for larger cat breeds to turn around and do their business comfortably without feeling cramped.
I'm worried my cat won't use an enclosed litter box. What if they reject it?
